How have KMS managed to retain such a large number of customers,
for such a long period of time? Well part of it has to be to do with
our software. Basically it does exactly what it sets out to do: that
is, service the needs of CRM within the Construction Industry. When
CRM was in its infancy (circa 1998/2000) KMS had already established
themselves as a strong force in Sales and Marketing software
focussed upon the Construction Industry.

establishing their business models, listening to their issues to
understand how their businesses operate. We use this knowledge to
customise their chosen CRM solution so that it works around their
business to meet their needs. By understanding our customers and
keeping abreast of technological developments, we are able to
continually improve our systems and meet the changing needs of our
customers over time. Hence systems that were once installed manually
on individual computers can now be deployed on laptops, handheld
devices and accessed via the internet. The software is increasingly
powerful to enable more sophisticated tracking of leads, management
of campaigns and reporting.
