Consultant, £26-£33K + Car + Perks

29 Nov 2007: An exciting opportunity has arisen to join KMS as a CRM Consultant. This permanent, full time post will be based in our London Bridge office, however the role also requires frequent travel to work on site at our customer’s offices.

The successful candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation and training skills. The ability to build a rapport with our customers is paramount to success. Our wish list includes a thorough knowledge of database applications, Microsoft Office, Microsoft SQL and reporting tools. Experience of administering Microsoft CRM 3.0 would put you at the top of our list, as would relevant Microsoft qualifications.

Key duties include:

• Installing and implementing CRM systems for our customers.
• Identifying their requirements and configuring our solutions to meet them.
• Training users and administrators in how to get the best from our systems.
• Assisting our support team to resolve complex queries from customers.
• Production and proof reading of technical literature and manuals.
