Working in many different market sectors including health, education and community, strong performance has led to a need to better manage customer and project data.
The Challenge
Race Cottam were in an all too familiar situation whereby numerous spreadsheets were in use to manage the company’s pipeline. With the business continuing to grow, reporting on sector performance, and maintaining up to date and easy to access communication with companies and contacts was proving more and more difficult.
Having identified these issues, they realised that a single central database allowing ‘one version of the truth’ for the business was required. The team required a tool that would allow them to track the relationships between their projects and clients, plus manage their pipeline so they knew exactly where they were up to and nothing is missed.
It was decided a CRM system was required to allow for such functionality.
The Solution
After reviewing several solutions and providers, Race Cottam chose KMS.
Via online consultancy and administrator training sessions, key requirements were quickly identified and put into action inside the 30-day trial available with new Dynamics 365 subscriptions.
As Race Cottam’s requirements were largely covered in our Project-CRM platform, consultancy, implementation, and training was completed within two weeks. Pauline Lake, Director at Race Cottam, was involved throughout the design and implementation process:
