Estimating Projects and Risk

This summer we have had quite a few enquiries from contractors interested in linking their CRM systems with their estimating systems. This makes sense – you can’t bid for a job until you have estimated how much it is going to cost.

This week we had another enquiry from one of the big top 10. We also had another enquiry relating to risk management of estimates / CRM bids and proposals.
