Which Support Option is Right for Me?

If you have your own internal IT department, have received comprehensive Administrator Training from KMS and have identified System Administrator(s) who will look after your CRM system, then Standard Support will probably be the right choice for you.  However, if not all of these are in place or you do not want to commit internal resources to the System Administration functions, then opting for Premium Support will give you access to knowledge and experience at an affordable price.
