Recent Dynamics 365 updates have by default removed the ‘alphabetic’ ABC search area at the bottom of the grid list area. Many users miss this feature as they use it all the time. Microsoft refer to this as the ‘Jump bar’.
To add this feature back in, a system administrator will have to access the classic customisation area.
Go to Advanced Settings > Customizations > Customize the system > Entities > Select the entity you want to customize > Controls > Add Control > Select ‘Power Apps Grid’ and then enable the Jump bar setting > Save & Publish the changes.
